I cannot say enough about Anne’s efficiency and concern for her clients. Our ship was unable to dock in Kyoto making us miss our overnight stay at the Four Seasons. It was a non refundable deposit. While on board Anne had me get an official note explaining the situation from the regent to the four seasons. Our deposit was refunded. This was beyond her job. This is how Anne cares.

I was planning my first trip to Africa in 2004 and was lucky that Anne took my call. It was a celebration trip for my sisters 50th birthday. I had very sketchy ideas about where to go. Anne guided me through the process with wonderful ideas and patience. We had a fabulous trip. I have retuned to Africa 4 more times since covering 10 countries plus Oman and The Seychelles. Each trip has been unique including trekking to the Gorillas in Rwanda and last year the Chimpanzees in Tanzania. She has gotten me to incredible places like Namibia and well as Timbuktu! Anne always understands what I am looking for and how to make each trip a unique experience. Next fall we are going to Nepal, Tibet and Bhutan. She has planned an exciting new experience for us. I couldn’t imagine working on travel with anyone else. Who knows where to next.

It is difficult to decide which of the many trips you have planned for me is my favourite, gorilla trekking in Rwanda and whitewater rafting in Ecuador certainly are in the top 5. I do know that I now have a lot of fantastic memories not only of the sights and experiences but the exceptional service I received all along the way. I have grown to expect the highest standards for any trip you plan and you never fail to meet them. Anne attended to every detail of our family trip to Italy--from encouraging me to get started with the planning (I was dragging my feet and my friends who waited later missed out on reservations) to recommending fabulous hotels and restaurants to booking tours and drivers to recommending and booking fun side trips that I would never have thought of on my own. We were so pleased with all of her recommendations and had an absolute ball!! She is so responsive and easy to work with. The Axis app is great too!! I will definitely call Anne when we book our next trip.

Anne was amazing to work with! She is easy to talk to in that discussions about the trip were an open dialogue- not Anne telling me what’s best to do. She had wonderful suggestions and broke down the ideas in a way that made it easy to pick which excursions would be best for our trip. She made changes without it being difficult and if I had a question about something, she would get back to me very quickly. Anne is the real deal in that she’s knowledgeable, organized, shares her expertise without being pushy, gets back to you immediately, executes changes quickly, and is absolutely fun to work with!
