CONSULTING SERVICES
HOW IT WORKS
We spend on average 10-20 hours planning a trip from initial discussions to when the client is home. As with most travel professionals, we charge an upfront, non-refundable, non-transferable consulting fee for our services. Our consulting services are structured as follows:
FULL TRIP
(Includes hotels, tours, transfers)
$400
per week of travel per household*
$600
per week of travel per household* for trip requests 60 days prior to travel
*All consulting services are subject to change based on amount of work provided.
HOTEL ONLY
$150
per room (includes 3 hotel options per destination)
Group bookings will be discussed on an individual basis
AIR
(booked in conjunction with a land program)
$60
per person for domestic flight
$125
per person for international flight
CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES/ADDITIONS
Tours/Cruises will incur a $250 penalty per person for cancellations.
Hotels only will incur a $50 penalty per room for cancellations.
Changes made within 14 days of travel are $50 per change, subject to availability.
CONCIERGE SERVICES
If Concierge Services are not included in your itinerary, we will put you in touch with the Concierge at each accommodation to book transfers, dining, spa, golf, theater tickets, etc.
